Introduction

The course will provide the current situation regarding water and sanitation,waste management, organic agriculture , ecological sanitation and above all the concept of sustainable development approach for developing countries. The three week long course is devided into six classes. The purpose of the course is to contribute to the capacity building in individuals and organizations to work for sustainable development.

Objectives

CMES wants to gain experience in e-learning and the methods of sustainable development, and wants to create a network of partners on these issues. Ultimately it aims to build a capable infrastructure to give other courses on related subjects to various target group.
To enhance individual and organizational capacity on sustainable development within CMES and the partner organization.

Expected Outcomes

The expected target group of the course is the mid level development workers working or going to work on a relevant project. Enhancement of their capacity in this regard will help the trainees for infrastructure development as well as the project implementation in sustainable development. This will help develop an appropriate advocacy group in sustainable development.
